Ad hoc
agreement.
We work on an ad hoc (often called contingent by standard recruiters) rate of 13.5% with agencies and brands who trust us to deliver the people they need exclusively.
Simple.
Oh and we also want to reward the people that help us achieve great things. After all, our entire business is built on people. So, for anyone that introduces us to someone that we place, we’ll give them a finders fee of £500. What more reason do we need for more of you to become part of team GTT. Go, go, go!!
Retained
agreement.
We also work on a retained basis with clients where we take care of all of your recruitment needs on an ongoing basis. This is a chance for us to provide even greater value to our partners, beyond our already market-leading adhoc service. We currently offer three brackets covering varying volumes of recruitment needs. In a way, this is like having your own in-house recruitment team, but with better value, access to a superior network and with our deeper experience and strategic nouse.
