We’ve started, run, grown and sold agencies. And got the scars to prove it. Now we’re taking everything we’ve learnt along the way, good and bad, and applying it to recruitment and consultancy for marketing agencies and brands. We’ll also do our best to deliver it the way we wanted it when we were looking for candidates, to grow our business, or just looking for that dream job.

We’re Sam and Greg, the founders of GTT and as our name suggests, we’ve been around a bit. We’ve worked in marketing our whole careers, across creative, strategy, digital, media, PR and social. Between us, we have over 50 years experience (not sure how we feel about that tbh) in a wide range of agency roles, working with a hugely diverse range of clients across most sectors.
We know all about the impact a successful brand and marketing strategy can have. Most importantly, we know that the key driver to success is having the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Our experience, successes and failures mean that we’re perfectly positioned to help agencies, brands and candidates achieve success. Recruiting your stars of the future should be one of the most exciting things you do. But agencies and brands tell us that using recruiters is often referred to as a necessary evil (ouch), but we don’t think it has to be this way. So, we’re on a mission to change that with a fresh approach to marketing recruitment and consultancy.
